No night of partying in Detroit would be complete without a 5 o'clock in the morning stop at Lafayette Coney Island, at Lafayette and Michigan, for the best damn chili dogs and loose burgers this side of heaven! But bring your Visa, because at Lafayette Coney Island they may speak nearly 8 different languages, scream your order across a crowded restaurant over the babbling of the smelly drunk guy next to you complaining about how little onions they put on his hot dog, and they may wipe of the tables with a filthy brown spotted rag, but they don't take American Express. Now that I think about it, they probably don't take Visa either!
